Personal Coaching FAQ
Once you sign up, you will be directed to Facebook messenger to send us a message and then you will be taken to our web app to complete your onboarding consultation. This is the information that we will use to create your personalised programs.
After completing your onboarding consultation, you will receive an email within 24 hours notifying you that your personalised targets and training program (if applicable) are ready and available for you to view in your platform.
Yes – you can choose to start whenever you would like however your first payment will be taken out the day you sign up.
Of course! ! We have clients from many different countries. Please note that all of our correspondence will be in English.
Yes. As our coaching services are completely customised, we can tailor our services for pregnancy and breastfeeding as long as you have medical clearance from your doctor first. We also recommend getting assessed by a women’s health physio.
Our Premium 1:1 Coaching will be delivered through a web app on your phone/website on your desktop. It is not downloaded through an app store but can be saved to your phone’s home screen like an app for easy access.
In order to provide enough time for us to get to know how your body responds to our recommendations and achieve the best results from working together, we ask for a minimum of 12 weeks commitment.
Your weekly subscription will be debit card or credit card. We can accept a range of currencies.
We would love to continue working with you after your initial 12 weeks to help you achieve your goals and build habits! Your subscription will automatically continue after the initial 12 weeks so you don’t need to do anything!
You will be charged initially when you sign up and then weekly on that same day.
Yes. We can pause your subscription under certain circumstances only. Please email info@findyourbalance.app so we can discuss your options.
After the initial 12 weeks, you can choose to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@findyourbalance.app. A 7 day notice period applies to all cancellations.
As we spend a lot of time calculating your personal targets, meal plan and training program specific to you and your goals, we do not offer refunds.
Not at all! We provide you with all of the education and support you need to start tracking your food. We will be there every step of the way coaching you through the process!
Yes – the nutrition recommendations are completely customised to you, your goals and your preferences! We calculate your daily calorie target and macronutrient breakdown based on the information you provide us with during your onboarding consultation. We also provide you with an example day meal plan based on your targets, plus you’ll have access to our meal plan builder which contains over 400 delicious recipes, meals, snacks and foods so you’ll never get bored of eating the same thing!
You will receive one example day meal plan. You will also have access to our user-friendly meal plan builder, which contains over 400 delicious recipes, meals, snacks and foods so that you can build your own meal plans based on the food you want to eat!
Yes – you will have access to our user-friendly meal plan builder with over 400 delicious recipes, meals, snacks and foods so you can build your own meal plan based on your favourite foods.
Yes, we cater for any dietary allergies and intolerances. Just make sure you specify them in your onboarding consultation. You can also filter the meal plan builder by these options to make building your meal plan even easier!
Yes, we can cater our nutrition coaching to vegetarians, vegans and pescatarians. You can also filter the meal plan builder by these options to make building your meal plan even easier!
Our meal plan builder automatically generates a personalised shopping list for you based on the meals and foods you select in your meal plan. You can choose to generate for the amount of days that you would like to shop and prep meals for. It will calculate the quantities of each food required to make your grocery shops as easy as possible!
You will receive an email within 24 hours of signing up once your personalised training program is ready. To access your training program, just log onto your account and click on ‘Training’ in the menu options. Your training program is completely interactive so that you can enter your weights, reps and sets for each exercise in the fields provided as you go. This allows us to track your training volume and ensure that you are progressing with your training. There are also video exercise demonstrations including our coaching cues for every exercise in your program on the web app.
Our training plans are customised to your preferences and we offer both home training and gym-based training programs. You will need access to a gym for the gym-based training program option only.
Yes, our training programs are customised to your preferences and we certainly offer home training programs.
The equipment you’ll need for training at home are some dumbbells (we recommend varying resistance for upper body and lower body exercises), a mini resistance band and a chair.
Yes, all our training programs are customised to you and your level of experience. There are video exercise demonstrations including our coaching cues for every exercise in your program on the web app to help you with your form. We also provide an extensive Learning Hub where you can access 20+ learning modules on training.
Given the uncertainty of current world events, we have enabled our clients to be able to switch between home and gym-based training options as circumstances change in different regions. Just message us through your platform if you need to switch your training program option at any time.
Yes, our training programs are personalised for you depending on how many days a week you can commit to working out. For optimal results, we recommend at least 3 training sessions per week but if you can only commit to 2 sessions per week then we can definitely still help you achieve great results!
Yes, all our training programs are customised to you and your level of experience. We cater for all experience levels, beginner to advanced. There are video exercise demonstrations including our coaching cues for every exercise in your program on the web app to help you with your form.
Absolutely! You can upgrade to our training and nutrition coaching option at any time through your platform. Just click ‘Billing Settings’ and then select the training and nutrition option. We will contact you for any details we require to create the most suitable training program for you.
We encourage all our clients to check in once a week through the web app so we can determine how you are progressing and whether any amendments need to be made to your nutrition or training recommendations to keep you on track.
Your weekly check ins will be completed through the web app. You will be asked to provide your weight, girth circumferences, progress photos and answer a few questions regarding your compliance and biofeedback markers. We use all of this information to determine whether or not an adjustment needs to be made.
All our clients have 24/7 access to our coaches for any questions or concerns. We are passionate about helping our clients to achieve the best results they can by encouraging regular communication with us. Our web app has an extensive Learning Hub where you can access over a hundred learning modules on a range of topics. We have an exclusive Balance Family community group for our clients only where you can receive encouragement from other like minded women sharing this journey with you. We also provide weekly live chats in this group where we encourage our clients to ask questions about any topics you want further information on.
Yes, we have an exclusive Facebook community for all of our clients which is full of like minded women to help support and encourage you on your health and fitness journey!
Challenge FAQ
You’ll receive access to the Find Your Balance web app on Thursday 13th January 2022. You will have full access to everything from this date so that you can get ready to start on Monday 17th January!
Your personalised nutrition targets, example meal plan and your training program will be available on the web app by Monday 17th January 2022.
Our 8 week challenge will officially commence Monday 3rd August 2020 and end on Sunday 27th September 2020. You can start at any time during this period however the end date can not be extended.
Unfortunately there is only an upfront payment option however we do have Afterpay available. If you are wanting a weekly payment option, we recommend our 1:1 Personalised Coaching which can be started at any time and paid on a weekly direct debit basis.
Absolutely, all our current clients are welcome to sign up to our 8 week challenges! Just complete the sign up process through our website and we’ll pause your payments for the 8 weeks so that you can continue on with us once the challenge finishes.
Yes, when you complete your onboarding consultation you will have the option to choose your goal from the following options – lose fat, build muscle, reverse diet or maintain your weight. Your nutrition targets will be completely customised to your personal goal.

The challenge training programs are set 8 week training programs with planned progression. There are 5 x weight training sessions in total – 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days with optional HIIT cardio included. You will be able to choose between a gym-based program or a home-based program to suit your preference. The training programs are not customised training programs and we cannot cater to specific injuries or issues but you will have the option to swap exercises based on your abilities/equipment available. We also have a comprehensive training database on the web app with video exercise demonstrations and coaching cues for every exercise. If you need a customised training program, we recommend doing our 1:1 Personalised Coaching instead.
We encourage all our challenge clients to check in once a week through the web app so we can determine how you are progressing and whether any amendments need to be made to your nutrition or training recommendations to keep you on track. You can choose to check in less often though!

We also have an exclusive Facebook group for our clients where you will receive support and encouragement from other like minded women sharing this journey with you. We also share lots of tips and tricks as well as do informative weekly live chats in this group to provide further education and support!

The winners will be chosen based on a number of factors, not just who gets the best results. We value health, mindset, education and community so all these factors will be considered when determining our challenge winners. We will be looking at not only your results but also compliance to our recommendations, completion of learning modules and interaction within our client only Find Your Balance Family Facebook group.
Unfortunately you will only have continued access to the web app if you sign up to our 1:1 Personalised Coaching after the challenge ends.
Yes, we would absolutely love to continue working with you after the challenge ends to keep working towards your goals! Not all goals can be achieved in 8 weeks. All you will need to do to keep working with us is sign up to our 1:1 Personalised Coaching!

8 Week Programs FAQ
You’ll receive access to the Find Your Balance web app directly after you sign up and complete your onboarding consultation.
As soon you sign up for the program, you will be prompted to complete your onboarding consultation, which will give us all the information we need to calculate your calorie and macro targets and create your example meal plan. We will email you as soon as everything is ready to go (usually within 24-48 hours). If you have any issues, please contact us at info@findyourbalance.app.
Your app access starts from the moment you sign up to one of our 8 Week Programs and concludes after 10 weeks. You can start at any time during this period, however, the end access date can not be extended.

If you are after a customised training program due to injuries or limitations, our Personalised Coaching would be more suited to you.
There are no check ins throughout the duration of the 8 Week Program. If you are wanting weekly check ins, our Personalised Coaching would be more suited to you.
