What happens after I sign up?

Once you sign up, you will be directed to Facebook messenger to send us a message and then you will be taken to the web app to complete your onboarding consultation. This is the information that we will use to create your personalised programs.

When will I receive my program?

After completing your onboarding consultation, you will receive an email within 24 hours notifying you that your personalised programs are ready and available for you to view in your platform.

Do you coach women from countries other than Australia?

Yes of course, we have clients from many different countries! Please note that all of our correspondence will be in English.


Is there a minimum commitment period?

In order to provide enough time for us to get to know how your body responds to our protocols and achieve the best results from working together, we ask for a minimum of 8 weeks commitment.

What payment methods are available?

Your weekly subscription will be debit card or credit card. We can accept a range of currencies. 

What happens after the 8 weeks? Can I sign up again?

We would love to continue working with you after your initial 8 weeks to help you achieve your goals and build habits! Your subscription will automatically continue after the initial 8 weeks so you don’t need to do anything!

When will I be charged?

You will be charged initially when you sign up and then weekly on that same day. 

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes we can pause your subscription under certain circumstances only, please email info@findyourbalance.app so we can discuss your options.

How do I cancel my subscription?

After the initial 8 weeks, you can choose to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@findyourbalance.app.

Do you offer refunds?

Our training and nutrition coaching services are customised to you and with full adherence, we are confident that you will achieve the best results. However, given that we cannot be fully accountable for your compliance to our recommendations as it is outside of our control and as such we cannot be liable for results not meeting your expectations. 


What are macros?

Macronutrients are nutrients that are required in large amounts to provide the energy needed to maintain body functions and carry out the activities of daily life. Each of these macros have a corresponding caloric value which give the total caloric value of the food:

  • Protein = 4 calories per 1 gram
  • Carbohydrate = 4 calories per 1 gram
  • Fat = 9 calories per 1 gram
  • Alcohol = 7 calories per 1 gram

This information can be found on the nutritional label on the food or via a food tracking app or nutrition data website.

I have never tracked my food before, does that matter?

Not at all! We provide you with all of the education and support you need to start tracking your food! We will be there every step of the way coaching you through the process!

Is the nutrition customised?

Yes, the nutrition recommendations are completely customised to you, your goals and your preferences! We calculate your daily calorie target and macronutrient breakdown based on the information you provide us with during your onboarding consultation. We also provide you with an example day meal plan based on your targets, plus you’ll have access to our meal plan builder which contains over 100 delicious recipes, meals, snacks and foods so you’ll never get bored of eating the same thing! 

How many example meal plans will I receive?

You will receive one example day meal plan. You will also have access to our user-friendly meal plan builder which contains over 100 delicious recipes, meals, snacks and foods so that you can build your own meal plans based on the food you want to eat!

Can I make my own meal plans?

Yes, you will have access to our user-friendly meal plan builder with over 100 delicious recipes, meals, snacks and foods so you can build your own meal plan based on your favourite foods.

Do you cater for dietary allergies or intolerances?

Yes, we cater for any dietary allergies and intolerances. You can also filter the meal plan builder by these options to make building your meal plan even easier!

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan nutrition options?

Yes, we can cater our nutrition coaching to vegetarians, vegans and pescatarians. You can also filter the meal plan builder by these options to make building your meal plan even easier!

How do I know what foods to buy?

Our meal plan builder automatically generates a personalised shopping list for you based on the meals and foods you select in your meal plan. You can choose to generate for the amount of days that you would like to shop and prep meals for. It will calculate the quantities of each food required to make your grocery shops as easy as possible!


Do I need a gym membership?

Our training plans are customised to your preferences and we offer both home training and gym-based training programs. You will need access to a gym for the gym-based training program option only.

Can I train at home?

Yes, our training programs are customised to your preferences and we certainly offer home training programs. 

What equipment do I need for the home training programs?

The equipment you’ll need for training at home are some dumbbells (we recommend varying resistance for upper body and lower body exercises), a mini resistance band and a chair.

I am only new to training, will the coaching program be suitable for me?

Yes, all our training programs are customised to you and your level of experience. There are video exercise demonstrations including our coaching cues for every exercise in your program on the web app to help you with your form. We also provide an extensive Learning Hub on the web app where you can access over a hundred learning modules on everything you need to know about nutrition, training, and mindset. 

Can I switch between home and gym training options?

Given the uncertainty of current world events, we have enabled our clients to be able to switch between home and gym-based training options as circumstances change in different regions. Just message us through your platform if you need to switch your training program option at any time.

I can only train 2-3 days a week, is this okay?

Yes, our training programs are personalised for you depending on how many days a week you can commit to working out. For optimal results, we recommend at least 3 training sessions per week but if you can only commit to 2 sessions per week then we can definitely still help you achieve great results!

Do your training programs cater to different levels of experience?

Yes, all our training programs are customised to you and your level of experience. We cater for all experience levels, beginner to advanced. There are video exercise demonstrations including our coaching cues for every exercise in your program on the web app to help you with your form. 

If I start with nutrition coaching, can I change to training and nutrition coaching if I want training too?

Absolutely! You can upgrade to our training and nutrition coaching option at any time through your platform. Just click ‘Billing Settings’ and then select the training and nutrition option. We will contact you for any details we require to create the most suitable training program for you.

How will I receive my training program?

You will receive an email within 24 hours of signing up once your personalised training program is ready. To access your training program, just log onto your account and click on ‘Training’ in the menu options. Your training program is completely interactive so that you can enter your weights, reps and sets for each exercise in the fields provided as you go. This allows us to track your training volume and ensure that you are progressing with your training. There are also video exercise demonstrations including our coaching cues for every exercise in your program on the web app. 

I am struggling with a particular exercise, is there an alternative?

Yes! You can easily make exercise swaps in your program by clicking on the ‘Change exercise’ button. It will bring up a list of exercises that target the same muscle group.


Can I do the coaching program if I am pregnant/breastfeeding?

Yes, as our coaching services are completely customised, we can tailor our services for pregnancy and breastfeeding as long as you have medical clearance from your doctor first. 


What support is there?

All our clients have 24/7 access to our coaches for any questions or concerns. We are passionate about helping our clients to achieve the best results they can by encouraging regular communication with us. Our web app has an extensive Learning Hub where you can access over a hundred learning modules on a range of topics. We have an exclusive Balance Family community group for our clients only where you can receive encouragement from other like minded women sharing this journey with you. We also provide weekly live chats in this group where we encourage our clients to ask questions about any topics you want further information on. 

Do you have a community that I can join?

Yes, we have two communities with like minded women to help support and encourage you on your health and fitness journey! Our Find Your Balance Community is open to all women and our Find Your Balance Family is our exclusive coaching group for our clients only.

How often are the check ins?

We encourage all our clients to check in once a week through the web app so we can determine how you are progressing and whether any amendments need to be made to your nutrition or training recommendations to keep you on track.

What do the check ins entail?

Your weekly check ins will be completed through the web app. You will be asked to provide your weight, girth circumferences, progress photos and answer a few questions regarding your compliance, biofeedback markers and whether you have any comments or concerns regarding your progress. We use all of this information to determine whether or not an adjustment needs to be made.


Is it an app? Do I need to download it?

We provide our complete coaching services through a web app. It is not downloaded through an app store but can be saved to your phone’s home screen like an app for easy access. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please see below.

How do I save the Find Your Balance platform as an app on my iPhone?

  1. Open Safari. 
  2. Navigate to the website you want to save to your home screen. Make sure you visit the exact page you want to open through the shortcut.
  3. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the page. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top.
  4. In the list of options that appears, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen. Tap this.
  5. On the next screen, choose a name for the website shortcut on your home screen. You’ll see the link so you can confirm it, as well as the site’s favicon that becomes it’s “app” icon. Click Add when you’re done.
  6. Now just tap the new app on your home screen, and it will open the website in its own navigation window, independent of what you have open in Safari.

What if I have an issue with the platform?

For any technical issues, please email info@findyourbalance.app with details of the issue and we will respond within 24 hours to get it rectified.


When will I receive my eBook?

As soon your order is placed, you will be sent the eBook directly to the email address provided upon check out. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk mail before contacting us.

What format are they in?

Our eBooks are in a PDF format, delivered straight to the email address provided upon check out. You will also receive a training log which is in Excel format.
