But a full roster of clients, building a business and increasing family demands made that impossible without completely burning myself out.
 So I dropped to 3 days. My consistency improved, and so did my results.

Hi, I’m Holly.

I’m a qualified pharmacist, personal trainer and coach with over 15 years experience, who has worked with over 2000 women.

And right now, I’m also a new mum who’s managing a baby while building a business and dealing with rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic health issues, so when I say I know what it’s like to try to stay consistent when your plate is full, I really mean it.

That’s what 15+ years and 2000+ women have shown me. 3 workouts a week is all you need to build muscle, increase strength, lose fat, and build a routine that you can actually maintain. Plus training less means you can put more effort into your sessions and have more time to recover in between.

Yes. You tell me your experience level during onboarding and I build your program around it. Every exercise has a video demonstration and coaching cues so you always know exactly what you’re doing, and you can swap exercises based on your abilities or available equipment.

Yes. I personally calculate your daily calorie and macro targets specifically for your body, your goal and your preferences. Not a generic number. Yours. You’ll also get 2 custom example meal plans built around your food preferences, plus access to 450+ recipes so you never run out of ideas. One thing worth knowing: nutrition adjustments aren’t made during the program. If that’s something you want or need, my 1:1 coaching would be a better fit.

The program follows a set structure with planned progression built around your goal and experience level. You choose between gym or home-based, and you can swap exercises based on your abilities or available equipment. Every exercise has a video demonstration and coaching cues so you always know exactly what you’re doing. If you have injuries or limitations that need a fully customised approach, my 1:1 coaching would be a better fit.

Everything is delivered through my Find Your Balance web app. There’s no download from an app store. You access it through your browser on your phone or desktop and can save it to your home screen for easy access. You’ll have 10 weeks to complete your program.

For the gym-based training program you will need access to a basic gym. For the home-based training program you will need some dumbbells of varying weights and a mini resistance band.

I’m available via email throughout your program if you have questions. You’ll also have access to 9 Learning Hub courses covering nutrition, training, mindset and consistency from day one, plus lifetime access to the private FYB community where you can connect with other women going through the same program.
