We’re Holly and Alana, and we are both certified personal trainers and qualified pharmacists. Collectively, we have over 26 years experience in the health and fitness industry – so it’s safe to say that you are in good hands with us!
We have both excelled throughout our studies and academic careers and love research, which is why we are both advocates for science-based approaches to nutrition and training and helping women avoid unnecessary restriction and stop the yo-yo dieting!
We are extremely passionate about empowering women to achieve their body composition goals while still eating the foods they love, teaching women how to train with purpose, and our ultimate goal is to help women work towards a better relationship with food, exercise and their body.
