Meet your coaches

We’re Holly and Alana, and we are both certified personal trainers and qualified pharmacists. Collectively, we have over 26 years experience in the health and fitness industry – so it’s safe to say that you are in good hands with us!

We have both excelled throughout our studies and academic careers and love research, which is why we are both advocates for science-based approaches to nutrition and training and helping women avoid unnecessary restriction and stop the yo-yo dieting!

We are extremely passionate about empowering women to achieve their body composition goals while still eating the foods they love, teaching women how to train with purpose, and our ultimate goal is to help women work towards a better relationship with food, exercise and their body.


Holly Louise, aka The Fit Pharmacist, is a qualified pharmacist, certified personal trainer, and online coach. She started her own personal fitness journey over 9 years ago after suffering from various health conditions and mental health issues. The health benefits she received through training and optimising her nutrition ignited her passion in the industry and she has been qualified as a personal trainer and coach for 7 years now.

Her main goal is to initiate positive change in the lives of others through all aspects of health, fitness and wellness through evidence-based nutrition and training methods. Holly is all about empowering her clients through education when it comes to healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes, which allows them to achieve the results they want while improving their relationship with food and exercise. Another focus for Holly is helping women improve their body image and self-confidence and become the best versions of themselves.

Alana Vogt is a registered pharmacist, certified personal trainer and mum of 2 kids. She has found her passion in health and fitness but this hasn’t always been the case. As a child she never participated in any sports and was typically regarded as an academic student. She had always been skinny and struggled to gain weight. Seven years ago, she was introduced to resistance-based training and this ignited her passion to develop her self-confidence and reach her potential. Over the years she has worked hard to build her physique to the point where she is now a WBFF Professional Bikini athlete and competes internationally in fitness competitions.

Her main goal is to inspire and help as many women as possible to reach their health and fitness goals through long term, sustainable methods. Alana is passionate about educating her clients on evidence-based training and nutrition and believes knowledge is power when it comes to achieving and maintaining incredible results. She practices what she preaches and loves to empower all women to reach their potential through a balanced lifestyle approach.
